Collaboration and Innovation: The Future of Canadian Mining

The Canada Mining Innovation Council will be holding its second Signature Event in Toronto on February 12, 2013 to discuss collaboration and innovation in the Canadian mining industry, with a focus on the future of Canadian mining..

Who should attend:  Senior executives and decision makers in mining and exploration companies, consulting companies, manufacturers, academia, research providers, governments and their agencies, and other interested parties.

Location:  The Delta Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto
Date: February 12, 2012, 8:15 a.m.  – 10:00 p.m., including a Gala Dinner

There will be a welcoming reception the previous evening, February 11, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Prominent speakers and panelists, senior executives from the mining industry (including Barrick, Hatch, and Cameco), academia and government will be coming together to share their views and expertise on innovation in mining, including discussions of case studies and current initiatives. Attendees of the inaugural 2012 event will remember the excellent speakers, many of whose presentations can be found online
